The medical and domestic waste incinerator adopts the current advanced incineration mode of primary pyrolysis, gasification, ambient air mixed combustion, and secondary incineration and burnout treatment. The design of the primary combustion chamber of the incinerator uses gasification incineration technology to make the temperature in the incinerator move from 200 ℃ to 400 ℃, so there will be no frit, slag, sintering and other problems during the incineration of garbage. Compared with the direct fired furnace and other furnaces, the gasifier produces very little dust. The secondary incineration burner and circumferential air supply device are set in the secondary mixed incineration room.

Under high temperature, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully combusted, and the gas generated by gasification can be fully mixed with air for combustion with high efficiency, so as to prevent the carbon substances in the gas flame from escaping and late burning. When the flue gas enters the high temperature burn out room, tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion supporting air are used to make the flue gas fully combust again in the burn out room, and at the same time, the rotary airflow is used to remove the flue gas. The residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace is more than 2 seconds, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustible matter in the fly ash are completely incinerated. The upper part of the furnace is equipped with dry tail gas purification equipment to remove hydrogen chloride Sulfur oxides are subject to adsorption treatment, and odor and other components in the flue gas are decomposed under high temperature. The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydroxide filter bricks to neutralize the acid gas, so as to adsorb the acid gas and purify the tail gas. Reduce the harmful components in the flue gas to below the specified value of the national "Standard for Pollution Control on Hazardous Wastes Incineration" (GB18484-20011) and other standards.
