Product overview:
The chain plate type oil scraper, slag scraper and mud scraper are applicable to the removal of floating oil, scum and sediment from rectangular tanks such as sedimentation tanks, sand basins and oil separators in oil refineries, water plants or sewage treatment plants. This equipment should be used in conjunction with the auxiliary devices such as oil collecting pipe and sludge valve to separate the oil slick on the water surface and the sediment at the bottom of the pool and complete the initial purification treatment. The sewage shall be initially filtered through the grid before entering the sedimentation to prevent large floating objects from entering the tank. Driven by two parallel chains, the scraper moves continuously in a straight line in the pool. The operation speed is slow and the disturbance to the sewage is small, which is conducive to the sedimentation of sediment and the improvement of mud scraping capacity. The circulating operation of two parallel closed chains makes the running direction of the upper and lower chains turn naturally, and it is unnecessary to control the shuttle, simplifying the control program and saving the cost. The driving device is located on the platform on the top of the pool, which facilitates the care and maintenance of equipment and electrical appliances.
