Rotary grid trash remover is a special water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove sundries of various shapes in the fluid, and can be widely used in urban sewage treatment. The water supply industry and the water inlet of the power plant can also be used as the pre screening equipment in the wastewater treatment process of textile, food processing, paper making, leather and other industries. It is one of the advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China.


Working principle:

Rotary grid trash remover is a unique rake gear factory assembled into a group of rotary grid chains. Driven by the motor reducer, the tine chain rotates against the water flow direction.

When the tine chain is transported to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the sheave and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of tine, and most of the solid substances fall by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth.

The rake tooth chain is similar to the grid in the direction of water flow. The clearance of the rake teeth assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft can be selected according to the service conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure the smooth flow of water. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.
